Eastern Water Tower – 90-Metre Landmark Project, Al Khobar

Executed for Al Yamama Contracting Co. under the consultancy of Saud Consulting Co., this 90-metre-high water tower stands on an artificial island located 500 meters off the Khobar Corniche. The structure features a ground floor, maintenance level, restaurant floor, and an observation deck, all equipped with four 200 TR air-cooled chillers. The entire facility is safeguarded with a comprehensive wet sprinkler fire protection system powered by dedicated fire pumps installed at the maintenance level.

Student Housing Complex – KFUPM Phases I, III & IV, Dhahran

Developed by Al Yamama Contracting Co., this large-scale student housing project for King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) includes modern hostel buildings, community centers, and mosques. The project spans a total package area of 620,830 m² with a built-up area of 410,500 m², comprising 47 hostel buildings, 6 community facilities, and 4 mosques. The MEP systems are powered by a total chiller capacity of 10,000 TR, ensuring reliable cooling and comfort across the entire campus.

College of Medicine – Taif University, Saudi Arabia

Commissioned by the Ministry of Higher Education – Taif University and managed by Zuhair Fayez Partnership Consultants, this prestigious project was executed by Mohd Al Rashid Co. within a 30-month timeline, completed in April 2017. The College of Medicine stands as a modern educational facility integrating advanced MEP systems designed for efficiency, safety, and long-term operational excellence.

General Auditing Bureau Headquarters – North Lot Project, Riyadh

Commissioned by the General Auditing Bureau and designed under the supervision of Otaishan Consulting Engineers, this landmark headquarters project was successfully executed over a 36-month period, reaching completion in March 2017. The facility features advanced MEP systems engineered for energy efficiency, operational reliability, and compliance with modern building standards.

Student Housing Project – Taif University, Saudi Arabia

Commissioned by the Ministry of Higher Education – Taif University and managed by Zuhair Fayez Partnership, this student housing development spans a built-up area of 76,000 m². Designed to provide modern and comfortable living spaces for students, the project integrates efficient MEP systems that ensure safety, sustainability, and long-term operational reliability.

Student Lobby – Male Academic Area, Imam University, Riyadh

Commissioned by the Ministry of Higher Education – Taif University and managed by Zuhair Fayez Partnership, this student housing development spans a built-up area of 76,000 m². Designed to provide modern and comfortable living spaces for students, the project integrates efficient MEP systems that ensure safety, sustainability, and long-term operational reliability.

Rehabilitation of Male Students Academic Area – Imam University, Riyadh

Commissioned by the Ministry of Higher Education – Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and overseen by TYPSA (Tecnica Y Proyectos S.A., Madrid, Spain), this rehabilitation project was completed in June 2017 within a 24-month timeline. The work involved the complete modernization of academic facilities, integrating advanced MEP systems to improve efficiency, safety, and overall functionality in alignment with international engineering standards.

SEC Headquarters Project – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Executed by Omrania & Associates in collaboration with Shapoorji Pallonji, this flagship project involved the complete design and installation of critical MEP systems for the Saudi Electricity Company Headquarters. The scope included a 6,000 TR central air-conditioning system, comprehensive plumbing works, and a state-of-the-art firefighting network featuring NOVEC and sprinkler systems — all engineered to ensure optimal performance, safety, and long-term reliability.
